We are facing an unprecedented situation, the spreading worldwide coronavirus COVID19 pandemic is affecting our families, businesses, jobs, communities as well as our way of life.

First of all, our hearts go out to all those who have been affected by the COVID19 virus. Either directly or indirectly, our thoughts go out to all those who are ill. To whom we extend our most sincere wishes for a speedy and complete recovery. And, we are truly inspired by medics and healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for the people who need it most.

We want to inform you that at Telesystem Electronic de México, S.A. de C.V., as with other Telesystem Group companies, we are committed to support stopping the spread of disease as much as possible. And, we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities.

So, we have encouraged most of our employees worldwide to work from home. With our highly distributed workforce and employees working remotely, we will continue to provide the highest levels of performance, availability, security and care for all.

For matters of physical operation and due to the nature of the activity, we have established special work shifts to preserve the operation, keeping the strictest security and hygiene measures during phase II of the current health emergency. With these mechanisms we try to guarantee the total safety of the work teams, the facilities, and the equipments.

We are also asking our teams to work with their clients through digital channels as much as possible. We are postponing some of our events in person, meanwhile we convert others into virtual events, video calls, virtual meetings or conference calls, seeking special attention to our clients' needs and/or issues.
